Chinese New Year

Every year, Willow Moon Internal Arts hosts an evening celebration in recognition of Chinese New Year. Tai Chi originates from the rich culture of China, which is honoured at the annual event through Tai Chi demonstrations, storytelling, interactive Qigong sessions, Chinese tea pouring, cuisine, and socializing. The evening concludes with a session of sitting meditation, which allows us to silently remind ourselves of who we are and how far we have come.
